I had a laser treatment beginning of the year with Jerry at Hermosa. Unfortunately I had an allergy reaction. Of course I freaked out. My worst reaction was...why they refunded me? I worried they will stopped taking any responsibility for what happened. Fortunately I was wrong! They went above and beyond to helped me without any charges.
