Jena at Hermosa was so helpful when I needed my permanent jewelry bracelet fixed. She went out of her way to get a chain from their downtown location to bring it to Mount Pleasant, which was more convenient for me. I appreciate the friendly service and my bracelet looks great!
Jenna and Jenna were amazing! They fit us in as walk ins, provided excellent customer service, kept it fun, and we were in and out—bracelet rich! We are repeat customers and will be again!
Perfect spot if you’re locking for permanent jewelry or some local handcrafted jewelry as well as other local finds. This is our second trip to the beautiful establishment. Eliza who’s a wonderful young lady who makes you feel like a local as soon as you walk through the door, she took her time with all 4 of us and remembered us from our previous trip last July. Pulled into Hermosa on a whim while some girlfriends were in town. It was Monday morning and we didn’t have an appointment but Zella was able to accommodate us with permanent bracelets. She was so sweet and personable and made the experience that much better. We were so excited that we were able to get them done!! So many chains and gems to choose from as well. Great place to stop by after breakfast at Bodega
