This place is fantastic. I was nervous to switch to a new salon after my longtime hairdresser left Los Angeles. Alyssa made me feel so comfortable and I love the transparent and a la carte pricing. My hair came out great! So glad I found them and have a new regular salon.

The worst extension “expert” I have ever visited and after that the worst costumer service from the managers. The hair dresser ended up ruining my extensions as she cut the row on the other side and after that didn’t burned the ends (as you should know is necessary to keep the hair on the sewing). The hair from the row ended up falling off in huge chunks - there I was in French Polynesia without any possibility to get the hair done properly. My daughter had the sewn in extensions done and I cannot believe how gorgeous her hair turned out!. She is a natural red head and they were able to match her hair perfectly.! I knew nothing about extensions and they perfectly explained all the different options. Honestly the best hair experience I’ve ever had with a hair place.
