Do not trust this car rental company. I had prepaid for rentals of this car for 9 days, 345.05$, beginning at midnight on September 6th when I arrived. This rental company does not operate out of Bradley International Airport. However, they had lied about this, and told me the car would be in the airport. The directions I was given made no sense. Highly recommend them! Their base rates are cheaper than most traditional car rental places, they allow you to pay with a debit card instead of only credit, and they only do a $200 security hold that was reversed the morning after I returned the car. They also have stellar customer service and they truly want everyone to have a good experience.

We spoke with Akhil, the owner. What a great young man!! He helped us with the reservation process and made things so easy for us! You can NOT beat his prices for a rental car!!!! $30/day for a VW Passat!! NO other car rental can beat that hands down!! I HIGHLY recommend book thur his company and most likely him personally!! The ONLY ISSUE was we weren't told upfront about the 100 miles/day allowed then $.40/mile after. It certainly added up after! Thankfully I reached out to Akhil and he gave us a 15% discount. This was honestly the most simple car rental I have ever done in my entire 41 years of living. I did have a slight hiccup in the app and when I called the number I actually spoke to Akhil, he is one of the people who started HermitGo. He was amazing he navigated me through the entire process! I'm super excited for this company and can not wait for them to expand! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a convenient and reliable rental!
