I’m so sad to be leaving this review because I absolutely love Dr. Denyer, Viola, and Sara. I’ve had excellent experiences in the past. However, I just had a disheartening experience I unfortunately will need to seek other care for myself and family. My experience with Dr. Fili was very disappointing and I do not recommend being a patient of her practice. I was a patient for two years. I will start off with the positives: I think the cleaning services I received were good and the front office staff/hygienists were professional, friendly, and helpful. My issue like others is with the inappropriate pushing of unnecessary services. I had my first appointment with Dr. Tristancho today, and I was truly impressed with the entire process. I’ve never had a more thorough consultation, exam and cleaning! The entire team was very kind and did a great job explaining the process and “why” behind everything they did. I will definitely be coming back for future dental needs!
The dentists here are great! They are friendly, honest, thorough and accommodating. I’m glad i found them.
Coming from somebody who has always been scared of the dentist, this is one of the best dentaI experiences I have ever had. Everyone is so kind and so gentle, and very understanding. They make you feel like family as soon as you walk in!
