Yikes! Went to see another dentist after receiving the cost and being told things I was pretty sure I didn’t have wrong with my teeth being told to me. The price kept flip flopping, they kept offering “free” things to encourage me to pay and then when I went back they declined that they ever offered them. Sad to write this, but after a series of events, we're leaving the practice. I have followed the staff from their last office in Bellevue to this one as one of their longest-running patients, but the last interaction (and the follow up calls) just left me disappointed and literally hurting. Long story short - and without dragging people by name - the care I was getting was not sufficient. Second opinion dentist was... well, appalled and confused by their course of action. If you want a professional, personable, and perfect experience, THIS IS THE PLACE! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our appointment here. The office space is tidy and modern, the staff is patient and accommodating, and we are BEYOND IMPRESSED with our results. Cannot believe we stumbled upon such a gem. 10/10 recommend!!!
Love the team at Hermitage Modern Denistry! They are always so friendly and it's obvious they love working together! Today they blessed me with a free service. Both Dr. Fili and Dr. Denyer have assisted me with dental work and I have been very happy with their work.
