Totally failed me. Went in. Begged for help. Didn't care. Was in hospital the next day, and night. Leave the practice - people will die because of you. Just leave.

Most the drs and staff are trying hard ( tho with one or two very obvious exceptions - but Trish the receptionist is a star) but the place is absolutely going under - even when very ill it’s impossible to see a dr for a proper appointment or get any answer except “come to the drop in clinic” which is always full if you can’t be on the phone at dot of 8 and sometimes even then, and even if you do get in, will only deal with one issue. Terrible level of elderley care, was told they are going to withold medication for my mother and gave her 3 days to live after a phone call consultation- no physical visit. Can only complain on here as have no faith in their integrity to do the right thing or to address their own failings

If I could give this less stars I would. Starting with receptionists through to the doctors it’s an absolute shambles. The receptionists are very unprofessional, unfriendly and disorganised and the doctors seem to basically not care or take the time to read any case notes. If you have the option to register at a different practice I would advise you do.

Great staff: receptionists, doctors and nurses are all professional, patient and friendly. Been with them for just over a year and have found it to be a pleasant experience so far.
