Love it and Love the women's center! – I've been going to Hermitage Imaging for a while now, and wanted to share my opinion - this is a great place to go for your imaging and a much cheaper alternative to the hospital. Call around - I did, and that's why I went there initially. Once you go, you will see why I choose to go back there - I am seen much faster than I was at the hospital, the center is very nice, and the staff are great. Avoid This Place! – If there were a negative star, I'd select it. I regret the day that I ever stepped a foot through the door of this place. Incompentence has reached a new level here. The facilities were dirty, the staff was rude, and nobody seemed to know what the heck they were doing. They kept me waiting forever at different places trying to get back to get an MRI, and then later I found out that they had billed my insurance wrong. Great and Frindly Place – i was a new 1st time patient with Dr.Dhar to go over to hermitage imaging and they were awsome very nice staff had snacks and drinks was very nice they offer the Open MRI witch is a plus and was very nice. staff communication was awsome i will tell every one to come there also great location
Best Customer Service Around!!! – This center is GREAT!!!! My physician had originally ordered a test at the hospital, but after waiting in their waiting room for 45+ minutes and being treated extremely rude--I went to Hermitage Imaging Center for my MRI instead. From beginning to end, the people were so kind (the front office, the technician, and the manager that came out and personally walked me through my scan.) Hopefully, I will never have a need to have to get another scan but if I do---this is definitely my FIRST CHOIC... read more
