The worst absolute worst experience ever. With discharged after telling them I did not want to be discharged. Ended up in ICU after two days in detox there. The head nurse is the absolute worst, she has no idea how to deal with alcoholics/addicts.
Inept, dishonest, and disrespectful staff. I went here for IOP and they billed the wrong insurance, then harassed me for payment. When I explained the problem I was told with much colorful language that they couldn't be bothered to submit it to insurance, I'd just have to pay it out of pocket.
