Absolutely terrible front desk and billing. I went there bc the call center said they accepted Aetna. My second appointment I asked the loud and bossy receptionist "how much is my copay?" She then informed me they don't accept my insurance and it would be self pay. 500 Dollars. I obviously didn't have 500 bucks, so I paid 100 just to get my script. I said I'm not coming back, I can't afford it, I have insurance to pay. They said they accepted my insurance, then tried to bill me 587 dollars. I'm not paying and I never will. A... read more

Was a great place till the new Director and staff came in now they play with peoples lives was going there for four years. Never had a dirty urine. I really wish I could get a hold of the owner, but they won’t even give you corporate phone number.
After beginning this positive life changing endeavor about two months ago, I must say I actually enjoy coming to this center as I continue my recovery. It's a rather simple system of follow the rules and guidelines. I am very fortunate and grateful for the HCTC staff. Thank you all!
