The staff at Hermitage Animal Clinic are great! Dr. Hand saw our 15 year old cat for an annual checkup. They were prompt and so loving with Chanel.

I’m giving two stars only because the staff was friendly and my visit was handled in a timely manner. However, when I scheduled the initial consultation for my almost one-year-old, 7-pound kitten, I was told that a spay would cost between $250 and $400 at most. During the appointment, I was told she was in excellent health, so I had no reason to expect anything different. After I left the clinic, I received an estimate of $750–$800 for the procedure. I went in knowing it was time to lay my sweet boy to rest. I was terrified but the staff at hermitage animal clinic made the worst situation as easily and comforting as humanly possible. I felt the sadness and the care for my sweet Boo boos as if they had known him his whole life as well. They took the worst and made it into the best possible situation they could and I could never thank them enough for the grace and compassion they showed.
