Great staff good experience and staff knows what their talking about. they had some lumber i couldn't find anywhere else in the area. they were also friendly when i called and greeted me and my wife when we walked in the door.

Great customer service/ great prices Just built a pole barn...checked out other lumberyards in Hermiston and Tri-Cities...Hermiston Payless had the best prices and customer service.

Great Local Business! I went to Home Depot to find some specialty wood for a project I'm working on. The employees in the lumber department had no idea what I was talking about. I decided to stop by the local lumberyard have been going there ever since. The guys that work are professional and knowledgeable. Seems like a great crew! I've been going there ever since.

Rude! My husband and I always like to support local businesses and instead of going to Home Depot, I decided to try a local lumber business for materials for the fence we were building. I called to get information and then find out if they gave a military discount and the guy who answered the phone was extremely rude and said "everyone that walks in the door gets a discount, that's why we're called Payless Lumber!"I dont mind the fact that they dont give a military discount, but his attitude sealed the dealI can guarantee th... read more
