We had a "no hot water" situation while camping in Waterloo and required a mobile technician. Another Waterloo RV dealer recommended we contact Hermes and we are glad we did. A technician arrived soon after our call to assess the situation. A fuse was replaced on the spot and the technician returned to the shop to pick up an additional part and to schedule the installation. Within three hours, we had hot water.
