Five stars all day for this family run crew!! Call the shop two days ago and said I was from out of town...needed tire rotationed and brakes checked. They rescheduled some work and fit us in. Inspected and adjusted and repaired on time and on budget. To save time (and give me something to do) allowed us to fo get parts they required. Cost of repair was very reasonable. 5stars We had Hermes replace our slide floor . The new one they installed is way better in quality. It is also sealed way more than the previous one . They arrived when they said they would and completed the repairs at the estimate price given . No mess left cleaned up all debris . Jamie is friendly and informative . The definitely take pride in their work . They will be our go to for rv problems !
Came by for a water leak under the sink in my truck camper and they squeezed me in super quick and got it wrapped up! Nice clean shop, friendly people, great service! What's not to love? Highly recommended. They run a tight ship and it shows
We dropped our trailer off due to a water pumping issue, and it was fixed within 20 minutes! The service was incredibly friendly, fast, and affordable. We’re so impressed with Hermes RV and will definitely be using them for all of our future RV needs. Highly recommend to all our camper friends! Thanks again for the excellent service!
