Hangar Crossfit has been my “therapy” for seven years now. As a 60+-year-old man who didn’t get active until his early 50s I began going to the gym with a lot of hesitation, but I was warmly welcomed, well coached, and have made a ton of fantastic friends. I love this place! I drive down from Orem daily just to come here and be with the people. The atmosphere is so friendly and everyone genuinely cares about you and is always lifting each other up!
