I love this place! I drive down from Orem daily just to come here and be with the people. The atmosphere is so friendly and everyone genuinely cares about you and is always lifting each other up!

No gym compares to CrossFit Hermes! There isn’t better coaches. They are aware and kind and willing to help. The people are friendly. Class times are perfect. Huge gym and equipment. I would have gone here for life if I didn’t have to move!
