It genuinely astounds me Hermel Foodservice doesn't have more negative reviews for their garbage machines. Half of the buttons of their machines never seem to work and when they do work the bottle gets stuck in the machine and you are completely out money (unless, of course you fill out one of these stupid envelopes and wait 2-3 weeks for a refund of $3.00). You would think after receiving so many requests for refunds they would replace or fix the machine.. but I suppose this is consistent with the rest of their customer ser... read more

Food is way overpriced, quality is less than a gas station. Almost $8 for a sandwich... You can get almost the exact same thing from Kwik Trip for $2.67. definitely getting everyone I know to stop buying from them. UPDATE: Forgot my lunch, had to buy something from the machine, pepperoni sandwich with 4 slices of pepperoni, one piece of crusty cheese and rotten looking onions for $8.

The vending machines serviced and stocked by Hermel are getting crazy expensive, $7.75 for a SALAD, $5 for a single burger. I’m sorry but at this rate it’s cheaper to go to McDonald’s for a fresh sandwich and a drink. I get the cost of things are going up but never a $7.75 salad

Hermel has been our vending partner for many years at Koozie Group in Sleepy Eye! Most recently, they brought market-vending to our employees, which provided our team members, in a more rural area, better and fresher lunch options right onsite. We're grateful for their service and partnership!
