After several years of my daughter and I both seeing providers at HerMD, I called the office this morning to get prescription information for my daughter only to find they have closed all physical locations and abandonded the patients. HerMD has transitioned to fully virtual care, but they have not launched any services. I have no way to reach someone about a standing prescription and can't imagine I will be able to get in with a new provider soon enough to keep from suffering a lapse in medication. Jackie made me feel very comfortable through out my procedure. She explained all parts of the procedure, her next steps in her career and reassured me that she’d contact me when established in her new position I. The future! Love her!
I usually don’t gv 5 stars because it’s always room for improvement. However my Dr., Dr.Davidson is more than a5 star Dr. Dr.Davidson is so kind , professional, knowledgeable and relatable to all my questions and inquiries. I’ve been a patient of hers for nearly 15 yrs and I’m always satisfied with my visits from , Dr. Davidson, to the nurses, the lab workers doesn’t matter I’m always pleased with my entire visit!
