I waited more than 1-1/2 hours both times I went to his South Windsor office for a scheduled appointment. The staff made no effort to apologize for this extreme wait. I will not go back there under any circumstances.

dr hermantin is the best orthopedic specialist i have ever met.. he answered all questions thougherly and with patience and understanding.. he reaired my neck that was damaged in a car accident and my neck feels wonderful.

I hope nobody is left the way I am after his surgery. Trying to return to my "old self" has been a struggle and very depressing. No feeling in my hands and legs doesn't sit well with me. Can't walk, shower to start the list without help. I am only 61 and thought my husband and I would sell our business soon and enjoy life. I handled the accounting and no longer can work. Own a profitable agency in Brookfield with my husband and now my roe has been replaced with 2+ people. My vote is -Poor

My previous Doctor (David Kramer) recommended Dr. Hermantin to me when he could not see me due insurance reason. Has not disappointed me in any way. I return from Florida to be attended by him as needed.

After having a spinal fusion five years before, I was living a nightmare all over again when walking and standing up for more than a few minutes became an impossibility. After a year of no quality of life, everything turned around when Dr. Frank Hermantin's extraordinary surgical skill and brilliance transformed my spine and my life. If I could give Dr. Hermantin one hundred stars it wouldn't adequately express my deep gratitude and thanks. I highly recommend Dr. Frank Hermantin.

Dr. Hermantin is wonderful. I have found Dr. Hermantin to be the most professional and highly trained spine surgeon. He will take whatever time is needed for all my questions and concerns. At times, there may be a short wait (15-30 minutes) to see him, but knowing that he won't be rushing me out the door, he is definitely worth the wait. I had a lumbar fusion and feel wonderful after only 3 weeks. I would highly recommend Dr. Hermantin. He's a TOP DOC in my book!!!

I have tried my hardest to be patient with this doctor. But after a long time of dealing with lack of available appointments, Dr. Hermantin showing up extremely late with no explanation or apology, and then just a general lack of follow up on my issues, I can't take it anymore. He's nice enough, but I need a little more than nice.

I would recommend Dr. Hermantin because he is interested in the patient, he listens to the patient, he is empathic and kind. Moreover, he's a wonderful doctor. I'm not a doctor lover, but Dr. Hermantin is tops. He has even referred me to the right specialist which no-one else has done since I broke my back on 12/13/13.

Very patient! I never feel rushed in my visits, had great side bed manners. I trust him. He did my laminectomy and he explained everything that would and could happen before and after surgery. I would definitely refer him to my family and friends.
