Herman is a larger than life character who takes time to tell, (Teach) you about all the available options for a specific job. He does a great job quickly and at a fair price. He doesn't try to up sell expensive options, but will give an honest opinion about them and allow you to decide. He has saved us from spending money on replacing carpet by doing quick repairs on carpet that was pulling up. I'll probably be calling him for any / all commercial carpeting jobs.
