Update: The light stains and residue reappeared after the carpets dried, will not use the service again. It seems the only thing that happened was my carpets got a dose of water. When I contacted him to inquire, I got a short response of, "could be the padding, idk". Not a good customer service response in my opinion.

Matt did a wonderful job cleaning the carpets in my new home. Nice guy, very efficient, and prices are very reasonable. Would highly recommend!

Matt was on time and did a wonderful job cleaning my rug. It looks brand new! He removed stains that other companies had tried to remove, but they came right back up. I will definitely use your services in the future!

I have used other carpet cleaners in the past but none compare to the quality of work that Herman's offers. They do a fantastic job and they were actually much cheaper than the other quotes I got. I would recommend Herman's Steam Cleaning to any of my friends or family.

I called Mr. Herman and we made an appointment within 2 days. He showed up ontime and finished the entire home within 1.5 hours. Excellent job on the carpets, couch and rugs. Looks and smells like new, very impressed with his attitude and professionalism. Nice job!
