If negative five stars was an option, that would sum up our experience with Herman's. He's held our car hostage 3 YEARS and refuses to complete the work since we pre-paid and were not provided any documentation (that's on us). We experienced many of the same issues of other reviewers (see Yelp), including Herman losing parts the car came with and trying to charge us for the replacements!
