On February 11, I went to this establishment to have my car's engine replaced, which was having problems. I spoke to the owner, Abraham, who assured me that he would replace it. The first engine seemed fine, but after driving a little over 60 miles, it started to overheat. Coordino la compra de un motor con una mujer que dice llamarse Leydi Ramos, según ella tenía el motor así que acordamos precio, saco mi motor para llevarselo, renté un transporte, porque soy de Orlando para ir a buscar el motor que confirmó que tenía. Rude and unprofessional.
This place had the worst customer service. The lady at the desk was rude. She rolled her eyes. She snapped in speaking. The worst behavior i have ever experienced from the start. They even lost the key faub to the car....finally found it in the car. They left it inside the car unlocked of course. I wud not recommend this place. On top of the intimidation factor of their guard dog and her gun on display on her desk. No bueno.
