Maybe Herman Services was a good place years ago based on older reviews, but my recent experience was very bad. The wait to get loaded was extremely long, and there was no respect for the driver’s time. Communication was poor, and drivers deserve better treatment. I would not recommend this place based on my experience
It should be noted.... This is my first Google review ever and I'm writing because it was EARNED in every facet of the word!!! Their operations team is lightning in a freaking bottle, and specifically, Alicia S and Madaline P are an absolute treat to get to work with, when comparing to other personnel I've worked with in the past. Receiving lady is very welcomed. They take before appointment if they are not busy. All over like taking 30 mins to unload. Enough room to meanvour
Okay folks back here with another banger ladies and gentlemen this place is absolutely amazing I had 11:00 a.m. appointment got here at 9:00 a.m. unloaded with super fast super easy no problems at all checking is between dock 23 and 22 keep your eyes open though there's a big tank in front of the receiving and shipping door but besides that I see no problems they do have a bathroom inside the lady was very nice make sure you bring your driver license you will need those to check in but besides that everything was very smooth... read more
