I was very excited to come to a black-owned dentist's office. It's sad to say this was not the best experience. First, the dental staff informed me that new clients must have a CT scan, which costs 150.00 dollars. However, insurance companies do not cover this expense. My family member, who works at a dentist's office, stated a CT scan is unnecessary and ridiculous. However, the cost of the machine has to be paid for by someone, so it's passed to the consumer. Loved my experience with Dr Sly. She was very patient, friendly, and paid attention to all of my concerns. Her staff was very welcoming and pleasant too. Overall great first experience.
This place & Dr. Sly is a rip off. I would not recommend this place to anyone! I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I decided to visit this dental office. 0/10
Dr Sly is an excellent dentist! I have had three appointments thus far, and I have been fully satisfied with each. I found the staff to be very professional and friendly. My appointments have all begun on time, and I was kept very comfortable throughout. Dr Sly is highly skilled! Her equipment is state-of-the-art, too! I wanted a Black woman as my dentist, and I have found that with Dr Sly. I am very thankful that I found Dr. Sly’s practice!
