This place is beyond horrible. Following open heart surgery needed portable oxygen concentrator where could leave home & carry. My cardiologist faxed order to them for portable oxygen a week later I called them to find out where was, oh your doctor didn't write concentrator on it. Sigh so week later called doctor explained what happened, he sent another prescription. 5 days later I HAD to call again, to find out.
