Carol from Hermann Homes was great to work with and Bob (handman) was excellent as well. He fixed all the items I asked him to in a timely manner which I greatly appreciated. My rental house is cozy and comfortable and in a great location near Illinois State University and Illinois Wesleyan University. I would not hesitate to rent from Hermann homes again! The home's address is 11 Clinton Pl, Normal, IL.
We rented from Hermann Homes for one year. The home was marketed as a safe family home. It was not. My car was stolen from the driveway. There were also several issues with the home that were not taken seriously or handled in a timely manner (to include gas leaks and flooding in the basement). A difficult company to work with from beginning to end of lease. Would not recommend.
