Steve and his wife were amazing as is the hotel and rooms. The cellar bar and wine/spirits tasting bar in the lobby are very nice. Service and staff were amazing and made our Christmas trip to Hermann worth it. Excellent place to stay, great location and great staff.

Hotel looks quaint and lovely but beyond the appearance there aren’t many redeemable qualities. The walls are paper thin so the rooms offer no privacy or peace. You can hear every last syllable from the neighboring rooms. Noise from the street is loud too. Add to that housekeeping starts cleaning before 8am. Loud vacuuming and yelling to chat with each other with no regard for the guests experience. Very unpleasant experience and the owner Lisa didn’t care and scoffed when we told her this.
