Canceled a service call for my mother. A technician still showed up and demanded $149 from her. She paid the money feeling bullied. Have been told twice she would receive a refund and did not. Was told multiple phone calls later someone would be in touch, they have not. Have also emailed them with zero response. I think it’s a shame a young technician would bully a retired woman. Wanted to resolve this easily, but tired of the telephone games and wanted others to be aware.
Great service from Chris! He found the problem, fixed it quickly and corrected a nagging noise issue. Very happy!
Judging this guy by the way he drives this guy is extremely reckless. Almost hit 1 guy and cut off avhandgul more. Not suoervsmart with his business plastered on his truck. Maybe he goes by - no such thing as bad press??
Home Depot HVAC services uses this company so if you are looking to use Home Depot HVAC just beware I waited 2 weeks to get a visit scheduled then I confirmed my appt by text only to get a call the day of the appt to say my appointment could not be fulfilled and I could re-schedule. Just know you will not be a priority after waiting weeks for an appointment.
Chip Pasker and his team are the best. Helped us with outdoor plumbing and gas, as well as interior gas line for fire logs. Great service - competitive pricing - took care of us from start to finish. Dalton and Cameron were there every day - super personable, knowledgeable, and efficient - they get the job done. Complete pleasure to work with this team.
