Chip Pasker and his team are the best. Helped us with outdoor plumbing and gas, as well as interior gas line for fire logs. Great service - competitive pricing - took care of us from start to finish. Dalton and Cameron were there every day - super personable, knowledgeable, and efficient - they get the job done. Complete pleasure to work with this team. Had an issue with my water heater, and Jonathan Miller & Anthony Dill were assigned to check it out. They were professional and knew what was going to be required right away. They made the repairs, and went the extra mile to make sure everything was correct, clean and back in order. These guys were great!
They snaked my daughter’s tub. Technician was at my home for about 20 minutes. Bill was 600 bucks. very expensive. I was a repeat customer and have been calling them to voice my displeasure since April. I spoke with Tiffany roughly 6 times. I am unable to get a call back from a senior tech or an explanation for such a big charge. Bantam/Herman Allen are too expensive. Stay away.
I had requested Homedepot for a HVAC quote for AC repair and installation and they sent a guy from this company and asked him to provide quote, instead of that he need to look into AC to provide estimation and then charged me for inspection even though I was telling him the actual problem. Their price is too high, when I requested them to reconsider their price as I am already aware of the problem and need quote on solution.
I am not sure about the company overall, but Sean Farrow, one of their lead installers, provided a faulty install and is non-responsive to communications.
