These people are great
Just had major work done replacing the main sewer line under my house, including the pipe running to the septic tank. The problem was accurately diagnosed, explained, and fixed within the designated time frame. Curtis was very professional and did an excellent job updating our old cast iron pipe with a new PVC pipe. Sean did the original drain cleaning and found the problem thanks to his professional experience. This company has my business and recommendation for the foreseeable future.
Small businesses are fragile. Especially when you must rely on another businesses competence to upkeep your brand and reputation. Herman and Allen proved themselves incompetent over many months and hours. They would send 1-2 technicians to determine what to do, I would not receive a follow up for the work to be done and would call back to schedule. And the process would repeat. Just had a tankless water heater installed. They were very responsive from the initial inquiry. Chip came out and gave me an estimate, he was informative and educated me on the product. Once I made my decision, I was able to schedule an install within a week. Installation day, Sean and Paul arrived right on time and were very professional and did a great job. Sean kept me up to date on the progress throughout the day. Even the timing with the electrician worked perfect. Kudos to Seven Hills Electric on swapping the outlet.
