I am a regular patient of Dr Lam. Most recently I have gone fur severe allergies. My symptoms have improved greatly. The appointments are always fast and to the point. I have no ideas with his care.
The entire office is very responsive and caring. Dr. Lam is open on Saturday which is great for someone that works. He is very caring and make sure I understood fully my condition. I could not be happier with my experience here.
I've been Dr. Lam in both of his location. This location is less busy. If you need a ENT. I recommend seeing Dr. Lam. He is the first doctor that helped my symtpoms!
Avoid Dr. Herman P. Lam at all costs. He is the most arrogant, disrespectful physician I have ever encountered. When I asked a simple yes/no question about whether or not I still needed to take the CT brain scan test with the referral date expired in 2024, he mocked me, saying, 'A-chim (middle-aged/old woman), it is 2026 now.' I got the appointment fast and was seen pretty quick too but his bedside manner is horrible. I was seen fast and he only took a quick look at my nose and he said they are only dry. Told me to use some nasal spray. He brushed me off when I asked more questions. I feel uncomfortable to ask him further. The problem is still not cured after 1 month. Told me to come back for follow up . I'm not coming back especially he is going to charge me again.
