Great experience. Same morning booking to clean impacted earwax. Hardly any wait time and Dr Lam was super professional and efficient.
This office seems great for routine stuff like getting your ears cleaned, but Dr. Lam is a classic old school doctor who doesn't know how to give personalized care. Go here if you need a doctor to do something routine, or if you want someone to just tell you what to do, but if your you're looking for a specialist to help you navigate your own medical situation then definitely go somewhere else. Be aware! Dr. Lam briefly rinsed the nasal endoscope, inserted the tip near my right nostril for about one minute, then repeated the same process for my left nostril. He explained that the inflammation was caused by allergy. I attempted to tell him that I have had this condition for over 30 years and that my previous diagnosis was rhinitis. Amazing doctor. Really felt I was in highly capable and safe hands. -personable, patient, kind -thorough -obviously highly intelligent but able to communicate clearly and patiently what was happening -took care to set up immediate follow-up with other doctors -wonderful office staff Highly recommend.
