Terrible attorney! Do not use! Cruces has an abundance of good attorneys and he is not one of them! All around terrible!
Horrible lawyer,no ansewer calls ,no comunícate with defendant,says a lot of lies.If you can contract other ĺawyer ,this is a bad lawyer.In 6 month only talked twice with defendant.if you decide to contract him no pay all the money from starting,he loses interest in the case..thank you.
I was extremely shocked by how poorly Mr Ortiz handled my case. He never returned my phone calls. He lied to my family about the work he did on my case. He was unprepared when we went to court. He collected money for services he did not perform. He does not have any staff, so he is extremely busy. Also, he takes cases from the public defender's office. He only makes money by volume. meaning he must have many clients at the same time since the PB office pays so little. Do not hire Mr Ortiz.
