I have a "classic" Herman Miller Aeron chair that is 25+ years old. Mario was excellent with repair logistics and coordination. An "old friend" that is my chair was expertly fixed by Robert. All of the employees of Workplace Resource are friendly and work in a wonderful setting in Central Park, CO. Herman Miller supplied an "older part" that worked for my chair and their customer service encouraged a timely repair. Excellent experience.
Recently brought my herman miller aeron chair in for Mario to look at. Was impressed by the quick turnaround time for diagnosis of issues. Did not get the work done as it was a little out of my budget, but will absolutely bring any issues I have with chairs back to Workplace Resource - and Mario for future needs.
Hours on Google aren't correct, and I spent time traveling to this location only to find out the store closed half an hour earlier than advertised. I submitted new hours for the location as a suggestion for Google I had emailed the location earlier this week as well with no response. Hopefully I am able to get in touch with someone to determine the best way to handle my needs.
