The most nonchalant and unwelcoming salesperson I’ve ever met. No introduction for the chair. I am a daily user of HM chairs at my office but can’t figure out how to operate a newer model. Seems like she does not know anything either. 2 staffs in the room, one of them just see us and turned away. We greeted her first and she didn’t even nod back. You do expect much better service from a shop selling chairs at several grands.
I visited this store again in 2025. Bought a few office desks and chairs! The saleswoman Jean (Jina) was being very helpful ! I really enjoyed the visit and gained the insights I would not have had I shopped purely online!
Marie W. is by far the best sales and design specialist I’ve worked with. I’m quite happy with my new Eames lounge chair and ottoman. Marie was incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. I haven't made a purchase, but as far as the store itself goes I was satisfied. I came in to look at options for an office chair and Kevin was great to work with. He showed me all of the adjustments available and made a few recommendations. I received the treatment you would expect at a store selling high end products.
