I recently ordered an Eames Lounge Chair from Herman Miller. While there were some hiccups at first, the overall experience turned out great thanks to their excellent customer service. I went on a weekday afternoon and I was the only customer (I hear that they're crazy busy on weekends). Raye and Marie were helping me out and both of them were very patient and knowledgeable. I believe that they provide all the information I needed to make an informed decision. After settling on a chair, Marie helped me get the best price. I'm very satisfied with my experience.
