This place is always awful. Nurse practitioner Jake is nice and all but I’ve just had too many issues here.If you’re looking for a primary with great communication, appointment availability, or just general experience, you should probably look elsewhere. - the women at the front desk are also often very rude.
These people absolutely have no professionalism each lady that answered the phone I heard my coworker talking to the at this office which clearly they have a communication barrier they need to fix . Angelina is a joke of a supervisor and unfortunately will start causing this provider to lose patients. I advised her to change providers immediately I've never heard a medical office talk to patients like this.
This Pass January was my first time going to Herman Mathias MD and Jaime Roger's and every body that works at Herman Mathias MD are the best very nice people nice and clean facility i love it there
This health clinic. It is absolutely wonderful. I would recommend Jake, FNP. Everyone there is so helpful. They take good care of you.
