I am utterly disgusted! Spoke with this office a few weeks back and got placed on a waiting list. I made an appointment for a new patient. I think it's important I mention that Dr Levy was my original pulmonologist when I was a little girl around the age of 14. This review does not reflect Dr Levy he is a wonderful doctor. Now on with my story... I was very clear that I was self-pay I did not have insurance. I also filled out their paperwork online for a new patient when obviously I'm not.
