Recent move in and it was a bad decision currently based on seeing the property 3 years prior. My experience was horrendous and I had no other options because my time was up and the manager could’ve cared less. The apartment was dirty I cleaned over 5 hrs straight just to feel halfway comfortable moving my things in...there is 1 maintenance man for the entire 70 + unit building. I wanted to put 5 stars so everyone would know how I have been treated! And how I feel and that Me and my children are in a very unsafe and Unsanitary living situation!!!! I live in Canterbury in Kalamazoo. This has been and continues to be the worst rental experience of my life. Management has changed about 5 times in the 3 years I’ve been there. They can’t keep maintenance staff and as a result nothing gets done. I have been dealing with black mold for months until it is now affecting our health yet nothing seems to be getting done about it. Person I spoke to on phone was not helpful at all. Dismissive of my concern. Terrible call service.
I just quit cutting grass for them this year. My company Ballinger Lawncare Services out of Saint Louis cut their property in Alton IL called Landing at Belle Meadows. They haven't paid one invoice for any cut and say they don't have the money to pay me but they want me to just keep cutting. They scam you out of money and no one does anything about it.
