Three years ago today, my mom moved into Nora Commons Senior Apartments in Indy. She leased a 2-BR, 1-Bath apartment, but 2 weeks before she moved in (after selling her house), they switched her to a 2-BR, 2-Bath because she didnt qualify for the subsidized, smaller apartment.
