When I mentioned that I had tubes in my ears DR Jenkins asked if they were still in. I replied that I didn't know. He never checked. Told me that there was nothing he could do for me then asked his PA when was the last time I had balance test. She replied that it had been a while and he then ordered one. I would urge anyone who is considering working with Dr. Jenkins to think twice. My family has had a really unfortunate experience with Dr. Jenkins. My mother has been suffering from an inner ear problem for the past five months. Dr. Jenkins spent absolutely no time figuring out the issue, and didn’t even ask any real questions. His assistants did a few tests and asked her to see another doctor. When my mother saw her next doctor, she was shocked that Dr. Jenkins didn’t find the virus in my mother’s ear.
