When I first called about service, I received an immediate response. That was refreshing. The owner, Michele, quickly arranged a meeting so that I could tell her of my needs. She patiently went through everything with me and returned an estimate the next day. It did not take long for her to schedule the work. The work was done very quickly and satisfactorily. I would definitely recommend them if you are in the need for home repairs.
We had Herman Home Services out to clean our gutters and power wash our house, and they exceeded our expectations. The crew showed up on time, was professional, and did an excellent job. We recently moved and have been looking for home service vendors to help with the care of our new house - unfortunately our first time working with Herman Home Services for gutter cleaning was not great. Multiple portions of the gutters were missed that really made me doubt any work was done, especially to the portions of gutters that I am not able to see to confirm. We have a very large composite deck, light gray, and over 2 years time we tried getting it power washed because it had so many stains on it from the trees surrounding our home. After trying different products and hiring a professional, we turned to Herman Services. I was stunned when it turned out looking brand new!
