We had an unfortunate experience with this firm. We went in for what we thought was a consultation about how to handle our financial issues at our death. We didn't realize that we were authorizing this firm to draw up paperwork and then bill us for setting up something that we weren't even sure we wanted. We were then sent a huge packet of papers that had the incorrect name on them and billed a very large sum of money. While we have paid the bill, we are very dissatisfied with the service we received.
