I was initially hesitant about seeing a male doctor and wasn't sure he would fully understand my concerns from a woman's perspective. Dr. Hans quickly put those concerns to rest. He takes the time to listen, genuinely cares about his patients' overall well-being, and focuses on building a strong doctor-patient relationship. I never feel rushed during appointments, and I appreciate his thoughtful approach to care. I highly recommend Dr. Hans to anyone looking for a compassionate and attentive primary care physician.

They were ok. Were pretty quick to hang up and couldn’t call back to let me know if there are any cancellations. In the past I was always able to get call backs on dates if there were cancellations so that’s new to me they couldn’t do that. The doctor is nice though. From my experience their wait time was short too.
Had a bad experience with doctor & staff with failure on following up to send orders for hospital equipment that is needed at home. I was told by the doctor that I didn’t need to do anything that he he would take care of everything right away, ten days later still no one has reached out to me. I had to reach out to them a few times & finally I was given a number to call myself & was told that I would have to wait on a call for delivery! So unfortunately & unprofessional!!!!
