This is a well organized, modern and very present environment. They did a very good job of preparing me, in informing me what they were going to do (Prep and make impression for a crown). They also administered the nessassary amount of numbing agent to do the procedure painless. They also did an amazing job of calming any anxiety that I had. I would recommend them to anyone, no matter if it's cleaning, doing a filling or getting a crown. Very pleased!
Had an appointment scheduled for my son who has been in a lot of pain for a while due to a hole in his molar. They called me while I was at work and by the time I called back on my break they had already canceled my appointment and filled the last time slot for that day with someone else. Horrible customer service. They don't seem to care about children who are in pain.
Great service and they do a great job with my young kiddos!
