I can't say enough good things about the Service Department at Herman Cook VW in Encinitas. I bought my vehicle here 6.5 years ago but was getting my service elsewhere. I was quoted for a pricey repair at my "other" shop and wanted to compare pricing before I went ahead. I was so fortunate to connect with Eric on the phone; he talked through what was happening and offered to do a free evaluation the next day to confirm the issue. Simple and painless
My dad bought a bus from Herman Cook in 1970. I was there. I've been taking my cars to HC for years. Per the website, I could save $10 if I scheduled online. So I did. HC has serviced my Eurovan many times. I just need an oil change and to check the trans fluid. Rolled up this morning at the appointment time to be told 'we no longer service your vehicle' .
