I pulled up using the service entrance, and stopped where it was indicated to do so. Waited for 15 minutes to be checked in meanwhile a dozen or so VW employees would walk by staring at me like I’m crazy, but never approach to check me in. I’ve scheduled service at two other VW’s in California, and neither had any difficulty assisting me. The whole thing was odd and regrettable since I went out of my way to schedule an appointment at this location due to its high reviews.
Very easy process leasing a new car.
