I had a hit-and-run a while back and contacted Herman who at the time offered to pick up the car aswell. I was too skeptical so I left it until I had another hit-and-run just one week ago!! At this point I had no choice. Herman offered the best price, he greeted me with a smile and just had a really great character, very positive personality. He sorted the car within one day, like NEW. DO NOT GO TO THIS GUY!! Constantly lied about how much he was going to charge, then had an argument with me when he asked for payment saying I was the one lying. HOW RIDICULOUS. I repeatedly asked him how much it was going to be through out the process and then he turned around when I came to pick my car up and said he had quoted this much higher figure from the start which was a complete lie. He’s a rude guy that will scam you of your money. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.
Herman did a fantastic job on my car this morning. He was polite, efficient, delivered the car back to me and offered to wash it on the way. The bumper was badly scratched and looks like new. I would definitely go to him again.
