I unfortunately have to continue the bad reviews about this insurance agency. Got the name of one of their insurance agents referred. Asked for Quotation for Business Insurance. Agent promised me to work on it. After 2-3 weeks I asked about the progress. Agent told me that it is in work. I filled out the paperwork which was requested, since then I never heard back from them anymore! Horrible. I would have not be able to start my business operation, if I would have waited on them! VERY DISAPPOINTING!
This company is terrible. The turnover rate is insane—I’ve had over five different account managers for my policy. Communication is a joke. I’ve called and emailed multiple times with no response. If you need information or help with anything, this is not the company to use.
Terrible experience. Terrible communication. Do not recommend. Can't get anyone to respond and my policy cost is through the roof because we were categorized incorrectly.
