They cancelled our move-out clean 30 minutes before the appointment, while we were already on the way. Their fix was to show up four hours later, which is useless on a day that was already fully booked. We’d just moved an hour away, so coming back isn't a quick trip. We left the apartment uncleaned and are now paying our building for it. Don't book them if your timing actually matters.
Great cleaning, especially the kitchen and bathrooms. She also cleaned the range hood vents and oil catcher. The oven is spotless. She also cleaned under the bathroom sink cabinets where my dog's fur would collect. Essentially, she cleaned in places you don't even look. That is meticulously thorough! Always give a great tip. Her and her team deserves it!
The crew of three worked non stop for two hours and did a fantastic job.
