Herley was assigned this refrigerator repair by my home warranty company on Thursday, January 7 in the evening. That next day, January 8, I had not heard from him, so I called and left a message with my phone number. No call back, so I called again and left another message. Wish I could give a zero. My home warranty company sent him out to look at my 5 year old Kenmore washing machine. He takes one look at it and says, “Oh! They didn’t tell me it was a ....? I don’t work on those.” And says he’ll call the warranty company to call someone else. Then he walks out and we had to contact the warranty company again.
