It took 20 years to find a doctor to finally find out that I have an extra vertebrae, which is the cause of a lot of my back issues. I have multiple other issues that he found. Instead of throwing pain medication at me like the others, Dr. Herland explained all of my options; different injections, nerve burning, surgery.
