I've used this company many times. You couldn't get any more professional than Herlache and sons this Omar that said they hung up the phone is hard to believe. Probably just looking for a deal.

I called and was very rude on the phone, actually hung the phone up on me too. Not professional at all.

My company was looking to have the exterior of our large office building repainted, and I reached out to Tom for an estimate. When he answered his phone, he told me he was just getting in the car, so it would be best if I could email him the information and he would get back to me. I sent an initial email with the info, and when I didn't hear back I followed up to touch bases. I received a very unprofessional and curt email in return stating, "No time for this right now," and nothing else. I understand many painters are busy... read more
