Called requesting information for my daughter for the on call nurses and before I could even finish my sentence started to tell me “enough enough enough” when I replied with “that was very rude” he continued with “it’s been a long day” I understand everyone has rough days but it’s still you’re job to be professional and kind to people and that’s not at all what i experienced, do better
