From the very beginning, I was made to feel comfortable and did not feel judged like I have on previous occasions with other Mental health providers. I've dealt with providers that made me feel like a number for wealth and a revolving door which is sad. Dr. Ihenyen took his time and actually listened to the issues at hand, and is acutely aware of what you describe. The therapist and the entire staff is professional and always available.
The therapist there are great but they got a new psychiatrist named Dr Lowery and the guy doesn't have any social skills. A psychiatrist should try to bond with the patient not put up an impenetrable wall. He went out of his way several times to be extremely rude and I can't tell you if it was on purpose or if the guy just doesn't pick up on social cues.
