We closed on a house with Tom in November. His communication is very poor. We had multiple issues with the house (construction materials not pick up, messes everywhere, no appliances even though they were in the contract, and etc) during closing and came to an agreement with the seller. The seller did not keep his part of the agreement. Tom refuses to respond to calls or emails or send any of closing documents that have been requested.
I’ve worked with Tom many times when I was in real estate for clients & now that I am purchasing my own property I am using him as my own attorney. Tom is a great guy and has always looked out for my best interests. Successful closing 10/10

Mr. Herkenham was very helpful for a family law case. I would definitely recommend.
Do not use!! Extremely unreliable and his best intentions aren’t with his customers. I don’t know how he is in business.
